Mandate–To effectively manage and oversee sales and operations in the branches assigned.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Roll out regional and branch marketing/sales strategy
•Champion customer service at branch level
•Responsible for training and recruiting of branch managers
•Lead performance excellence and leadership development.
•Implement and manage branch business plans
•Manage branch budgeting process and attain planned results
•Champion continuous improvement process with customers
•Manage development of customer base
•Responsible for branch employee training in processes, inventory management, selling skills and customer service
•Direct supervisory responsibility for Branch Managers
•University degree and/or equivalent industry experience in sales and operations
•Minimum 5 years experience in either branch or regional management
•Demonstrated interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
•Working knowledge of computers (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
•Ability to function as a team player while providing strong leadership to Branch Managers and Sales Staff
